A leading Magic Circle firm is seeking an Infrastructure Finance Associate to join its highly regarded Projects & Infrastructure team in London. Relocation candidates are encouraged to apply.

The team advises sponsors, lenders, institutional investors and public sector bodies on some of the most significant infrastructure and energy transactions across the UK and internationally, including:

  • acquisition and project financings,
  • PPP/PFI and concession-based projects,
  • renewable energy and energy transition projects,
  • digital infrastructure, transport and utilities,
  • refinancing and portfolio transactions, and
  • broader project development and financing matters.

Associates work alongside market-leading partners on complex cross-border mandates, gaining early responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to advise on projects at every stage of the investment lifecycle.
