A leading international law firm is seeking to recruit two Structured Finance Associates to join its London office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established practice that is currently rebuilding its associate bench, offering exceptional exposure to partners, high-quality work and genuine opportunities for progression.
The team advises a broad range of financial institutions, investment managers, banks, funds and corporate clients on a variety of domestic and cross-border structured finance transactions.
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of structured finance matters, including:
- Asset-backed securitisations (ABS)
- Fund financing
- Other complex and cross-border financing structures
Experience in structured finance, securitisation or broader banking and finance transactions is required, along with training gained at a recognised City, international or leading regional firm. A proactive and collaborative approach, with an interest in building their practice within a supportive team, is essential.
