An elite international corporate team is seeking a high-calibre M&A associate (2–4 PQE) to join its London practice. The team is widely recognised for its strength in complex, cross-border transactions, with a broad mix of public and private M&A, joint ventures and equity capital markets work. This is a rare opportunity to join a genuinely balanced practice offering both technical breadth and high-end deal exposure, particularly within the technology, fintech, media and telecoms sectors.

You will work closely with a highly regarded partner known for combining technical excellence with commercial, sector-driven insight, particularly in fintech and emerging technologies.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 PQE from a leading US, Magic Circle or top international firm
  • Strong experience across corporate/M&A, ideally with some exposure to public deals or ECM
  • Excellent technical grounding and drafting skills
  • Commercially minded, with an interest in tech/fintech sectors
  • Keen to develop into a well-rounded M&A adviser with both execution and advisory capability
