Hi Vis Hire, Specialist Recruiters for the Hire Industry have a great opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer/Fitter for our client, a leading Pump Hire provider of specialist and general purpose pumpset, hoses and accessories. The role will be both workshop based at the depot in Wigan, or mobile depending on client requirements, so a driving licence is essential and a vehicle will be provided.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Service and maintain all fleet items including general purpose pumpset, hoses and accessories both on site and in the workshop.
  • Carry out any necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner.

Applicants should have:

  • A relevant mechanical qualification or be a time served diesel mechanic.
  • Experience in a similar position would be beneficial.
  • A valid driving licence essential.
