Are you an experienced Hire and Sales Controller looking for a new opportunity? Do you have experience providing excellent customer service within a fast-paced environment? We are looking to speak to experienced hire/sales/customer service professionals to join a successful and growing Accommodation Hire and Sales business in Grangemouth.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships, understanding their hire needs and ensuring we can meet them. This is a challenging, fast paced and rewarding role that provides a fantastic platform to grow and progress your career within the Hire Industry. You must have a strong administrative background and great customer service skills to adapt within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

You will be responsible for answering customer enquiries quickly and efficiently, coordinating orders and enquiries for modular buildings and multi-cabin site establishments, ensuring smooth project delivery and excellent service. You will liaise with other members of the project team co-ordinating activities between customers, workshops, transport, subcontractors and support departments to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Experience within a customer focused environment, preferably within Hire/Construction
  • Well organised, with the ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in planning, managing, and coordinating project activities to meet deadlines is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient IT skills with working knowledge of MS Office (Sketch up or CAD experience would be great, but training will be given)
  • Strong team player with the ability to work to own initiative
