Hi Vis Hire, specialist recruiters for the hire industry, has a fantastic new opportunity for a Sales-focused Depot Manager to develop the East Midlands area for our client, an independent hirer specializing in Welfare, Events, and Accommodation.
The Depot Manager will be responsible for generating new business in the area and opening a new depot in the East Midlands—potentially Peterborough, Leicester, or Derby. Must have previous operations management and sales experience within the hire industry (preferably within the welfare/accommodation sector) and be able to manage the day-to-day running of a depot and yard, including staff management, budget control, H&S, and exceeding customer expectations.
