Hi Vis Hire, Specialist Recruiters for the Hire industry currently has 2 new opportunities for Area Sales Managers in Scotland. This major hirer of temporary power is growing their sales team and is now looking for 2 additional ASM's in Scotland. You will already be an experienced sales professional with a track record of success in your field, with excellent account management skills and the ability to grow and develop your portfolio.
Location is flexible and knowledge of Power Generation is not essential as full training will be given - it’s more important that you have the drive, energy and motivation to succeed in this environment as you will be responsible for growing an agreed portfolio of customers alongside identifying and securing new business.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Increase margin & revenue of allocated accounts via the development of strong relationships with the customers' senior management teams, office and/or site personnel where appropriate.
- Delivery of growth by identifying and winning new accounts via presentations, partnership agreements, office and site level account management.
- Work mainly autonomously and be able to make own appointments & identify business opportunities.
- Achievement of budgeted sales.
- Ensure that all sales opportunities are identified and converted into profitable sales revenue.
