We’re recruiting a hands-on Depot Operations Lead torun yard, washbay and workshop operations for a major supplier of site welfareand consumables. Your role is keeping the depot safe, efficient and delivering on time,every time.
The Role
Lead the operational team, drive safety and quality, andensure all products are processed, prepared and delivered in-full to customers.
- Rundaily depot operations across yard, washbay and workshop
- Maintaina safe working environment and strong housekeeping
- Ensurehigh stock quality and PDIs completed correctly and on time
- Embed5S/Lean processes and support continuous improvement
- Managereturned fleet, capture damages and process charges
- Processorders through BCA/Insphire with accurate asset control
- Planworkloads, direct the team and coordinate with transport
- Provideclear updates on stock, deliveries and fleet standards
- Controlovertime and support stock/consumable management
- Leadand coach the operational team
What You Need
- Plant/hireindustry background is preferred
- H&Sawareness + operator certification (CPCS, FLT etc.) are desirable
- Customer-focusedmindset and strong communication skills
