My client, a rapidly expanding organisation in the container hire and sales sector is seeking a driven, target-focused, Internal Sales Executive to join their high-performing commercial team. Perfect for someone who thrives on winning business, building strong customer relationships, and smashing targets. The role is based on site at their HO in Stockton, however a hybrid working pattern would also be considered. The key focus is on container sales but hire revenue generated will also be included in your bonus payments.
The Role
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and social outreach and utilising the extensive customer database
- Manage inbound enquiries and advise customers on tailored solutions
- Produce and follow up quotations, upsell, and close profitable deals
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage existing accounts
Key Skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Strong negotiation ability
- Resilient with strong commercial awareness
- Experience in the construction/hire industry would be great, but not essential
Package
- Competitive base salary (flex depending on experience)
- Uncapped monthly commission (% of revenue)
