We are looking to speak to experienced hire/sales/customer service professionals to join a successful Plant Hire Company in Glasgow. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships, understanding their hire needs and ensuring we can meet them. This is a challenging, fast-paced and rewarding role that provides a fantastic platform to grow and progress your career within the Hire Industry.
You must have a strong administrative background and great customer service skills to adapt within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You will be responsible for answering customer enquiries quickly and efficiently, coordinating orders and enquiries for equipment hire, always providing excellent service. You will liaise with other members of the team, co-ordinating activities between customers, workshops, transport etc to ensure smooth delivery.
