Are you an experienced Hire Controller looking for a new opportunity? Do you have experience providing excellent customer service within a fast-paced environment? Do you want to join a well-established and successful Scottish business?
We are looking to speak to experienced hire/sales/customer service professionals to join a successful and growing Hire Company in Aberdeen. You will be the first point of contact for our customers across the NE and Highlands, building strong relationships, understanding their hire needs and ensuring we can meet them. This is a challenging, fast-paced and rewarding role that provides a fantastic platform to grow and progress your career within the Hire Industry.
You must have a strong administrative background and great customer service skills to adapt within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You will be responsible for answering customer enquiries quickly and efficiently, coordinating orders and enquiries for equipment hire, always providing excellent service. You will liaise with other members of the team, coordinating activities between customers, workshops, transport etc to ensure smooth delivery.
