Job Description
Operating for over 15 years with an established customer base, Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd is looking to expand our electrical testing team with skilled professionals.
As a RICS-accredited business working across Southern England, we manage a diverse team of multi-trade operatives, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all aspects of property services. We hold NICEIC, Gas Safe, FGAS, Construction Line, and ISO accreditations and are committed to delivering the highest standards of safety and workmanship.
A successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in electrical inspection, testing, and remedial works.
- Strong knowledge of EICRs, fire alarms, and emergency lighting systems.
- Ability to diagnose faults and carry out corrective actions.
- Full, clean UK driving licence (required).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel to various sites across the region.

Requirements
- Time-served Level 3 Electrical Apprenticeship or equivalent.
- 2+ years’ experience in electrical inspection, testing, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of UK electrical regulations and health & safety.
- Full, clean UK driving licence (required).
- Testing & Inspection certification (preferred but not essential).
- Willingness to work on-call (rota 1 in 4).
