This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Fleet Manager to join Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd, overseeing our expanding fleet of 100+ commercial and domestic vehicles . Based at our Fareham office , you will be responsible for ensuring fleet compliance, minimising downtime, and improving operational efficiency. Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: £35k – £40k per year Work Location: Fareham (Office-based) Experience: Fleet Manager: 2 years (required), Diploma of Higher Education (required) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the management and coordination of our 100+ vehicle fleet across the South of England. This role is essential in ensuring our vehicles remain roadworthy, compliant, and cost-effective while supporting our operational efficiency. A successful candidate will have: Proven experience in fleet or transport management . Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, road safety, and compliance regulations . Experience managing MOTs, servicing schedules, and vehicle repairs . Ability to analyse fleet costs, fuel usage, and driver performance to improve efficiency. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills . Proficiency in fleet management software (preferred). Full, clean UK driving licence (required). Typical work can be anything from ‘odd job’ and reactive call-outs to larger project works for a range of customers, from pubs, hotels, and restaurants to larger commercial premises.
