Build a practical health and safety career while learning across construction, engineering, commercial maintenance and office operations.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Assist with inspections, action tracking and health and safety records.
  • Support risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work.
  • Help maintain training, equipment and compliance information.
  • Participate in office, workshop and customer-site visits.
  • Support accident, near-miss and corrective-action processes.
  • Help prepare toolbox talks, communications and management reporting.
  • What we’re looking for
  • A genuine interest in health, safety and the built environment.
  • Strong organisation, accuracy and written communication.
  • Confidence asking questions and following up actions.
  • A practical, professional and curious approach.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and digital systems.
  • Eligibility for the relevant apprenticeship programme.

You’ll be joining a business with recognised accreditations including NICEIC, Gas Safe, F-Gas, Constructionline and ISO certifications.

More importantly, you’ll be joining teams that take ownership of work from the first instruction through to completion.

We invest in training and development, provide a company pension and Health Care Plan, and offer 28 days’ annual leave including bank holidays.

After one year’s service, you also receive your birthday off.
