- What you’ll be doing
- Assist with inspections, action tracking and health and safety records.
- Support risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work.
- Help maintain training, equipment and compliance information.
- Participate in office, workshop and customer-site visits.
- Support accident, near-miss and corrective-action processes.
- Help prepare toolbox talks, communications and management reporting.
- What we’re looking for

- Strong organisation, accuracy and written communication.
- Confidence asking questions and following up actions.
- A practical, professional and curious approach.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and digital systems.
- Eligibility for the relevant apprenticeship programme.
You’ll be joining a business with recognised accreditations including NICEIC, Gas Safe, F-Gas, Constructionline and ISO certifications.
More importantly, you’ll be joining teams that take ownership of work from the first instruction through to completion.
We invest in training and development, provide a company pension and Health Care Plan, and offer 28 days’ annual leave including bank holidays.
