At Hitec Repair, we carry a wide range of repair services in Singapore including iPhone, Android phone, Macbook and Windows Laptop LCD replacement, motherboard repair, screen replacement services, etc. We have professional laptop repair engineers who can repair broken phones, laptops and macbooks within a day at an affordable cost with excellent after-sales service. We have been servicing Singapore residents for about 13 years. Founded in 2008 as a one-man shop, Hitec Repair has grown into one of Singapore's largest sources of new or refurbished mobile phones and laptops with 2 shops located in Singapore. Our business model includes importation, wholesale, retail sales, service & repair centre, and refurbishment services.

We are currently looking for a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy of an experienced Phone Repair Technician. If you are dedicated and ambitious, Hitec is an excellent place to grow your career. Don't hesitate to apply.

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide support, troubleshooting and maintenance on mobile phones.
  • Preferably have experience in troubleshooting, repairing and dismantling of iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Android phones. Training will be provided for potential candidates with some experience.
  • Adapt to changing technologies and learn the functionality of new phone applications.
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills, keen to learn.

Ideal Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' hands-on and working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Must have the following skills: Samsung phone hardware and software troubleshooting, iPhone hardware assembling and disassembling, testing and diagnostic software.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English to communicate with English-speaking customers.
  • Preferably with customer service experience to service customers with products/services.
  • 5½-day work week, 11am - 8pm.
  • Experience in some basic motherboard soldering would be advantageous.

Salary: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
