At Hitec Repair, we carry a wide range of repair services in Singapore including iPhone, Android phone, Macbook and Windows Laptop LCD replacement, motherboard repair, and screen replacement services. We have professional laptop repair engineers in Singapore who can repair your broken phones, laptops, and macbooks within a day at an affordable cost with excellent after-sales service. We have been servicing Singapore residents for about 13 years.

Founded in 2008 as a one-man shop, Hitec Repair has grown into one of Singapore's largest source providers of new or refurbished mobile phones and notebook computers with 2 shops located in Singapore. Our business model includes importation, wholesale, retail sales, service & repair centre, and refurbishment services.

We are looking for visionaries who are ready to make a purposeful impact on the way the world works. As a Laptop Repair Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance on PCs, laptops, and mobile phones.
  • Having experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and dismantling computers and notebooks, including replacing hard disks, LED screens, and motherboards.
  • Adapting to changing technologies and learning the functionality of new laptop and phone applications.
  • Being customer-oriented with good communication skills and a keen desire to learn more repair skills.

Ideal Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on and working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Skills in computer hardware and software troubleshooting, hardware assembling and disassembling, and testing and diagnostic software.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English to communicate with English-speaking customers.
  • Preferably with customer service experience to assist customers with products/services.

5½-day work week, 11am - 8:30pm. Experience in mobile phone repairs would be advantageous. Candidates with no prior experience need not apply as we are seeking experienced candidates in the field.

Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,300.00 per month.

Benefits:

  • Annual leave up to 10 days.
  • Health insurance.
  • Medical leave up to 14 days.
  • Supplemental Pay: Commission Pay.
