We launched over eight years ago, and work with most big FMCG brands: Cadburys, Diageo, Nestle, Britvic, Coca-Cola, Pepsi Co, Walkers, Jack Daniels, etc.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations & Design Assistant to join our team.
This position is well-suited to an organised person looking to join a small company and gain office experience assisting in various roles.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Design Assistant to support our day-to-day business operations and creative projects.
This is an exciting entry-level role for a candidate eager to gain hands-on experience across ad ops, project coordination, comms and design.
You’ll work closely with all teams to ensure smooth workflows, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to creative outputs.
- Role Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage advertising campaigns using Broadsign.
- Making adverts using Adobe After Effects (experience with Adobe is desirable, but training will be provided).
- Oversee the running of our advert library and use tools to increase owner engagement.
- Prepare end-of-campaign performance reports.
- Troubleshooting across the digital network.
- Collating and organising images of stores.
- Provide administrative support across operations and client projects.
- Answering the phone to our store owners.
About you
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in both ad - operations (campaign management) and creative (design/motion graphics) work.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite would be a plus but full training will be provided.
- A problem-solver with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Eager to learn digital advertising platforms.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
The role is in-office full time, so the applicant should live a commutable distance to Camden.
