We are an ambitious and growing company looking to expand our client base and build a high-performing telesales operation. As part of our growth strategy, we are setting up a call centre to generate leads, close sales, and drive revenue. We are now seeking a motivated, results-driven Telesales Lead Generator & Manager to take charge of this exciting new venture.
Role Overview
This is a dual-role opportunity of Telesales Lead Generator & Manager where you will generate new leads through outbound calls while also taking the lead in building and managing a telesales team. Youll play a key part in establishing processes, training staff, and hitting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through effective lead generation.

Convert warm leads into sales opportunities.

Develop and implement telesales scripts and sales strategies.

Recruit, train, and manage telesales agents as the team grows.
