Retail Customer Service – Entain

Entain, the company that operates the Coral brand of betting shops, is looking for a Retail Customer Service representative to be part of the shop team in their Histon branch.

The role involves serving customers and building a rapport to encourage repeat custom. Your typical weekly rota will be 20 hours, made up of a blend of long opening shifts (once you’ve completed your training), long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts, which will vary week to week. As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop.
