Residential Property Paralegal – Buckles Buckles lawyers are looking for this role which can be based at their office in Histon. Residential Property Paralegal to support with a caseload of varied conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Liaise proactively with third parties to keep all parties informed of transaction progress. Work closely with other departments including matrimonial, trust and estate administration. Conclude cases efficiently while adhering to service level agreements, quality standards, and client expectations. Undertake post-completion tasks independently to ensure cases are closed accurately.
