Buckles lawyers are looking for this role which can be based at their office in Histon.
Residential Property Conveyancer to manage a caseload of varied conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Liaise proactively with third parties to keep all parties informed of transaction progress. Conclude cases efficiently while adhering to service level agreements, quality standards, and client expectations. Undertake post-completion tasks independently to ensure cases are closed accurately. Provide technical expertise and support to team members as needed.
