Regional People Business Partner - Streets
Streets Accountants , who are HI HUB sponsors, are looking for a this role which can be partly based in their Cambridge office in Wellbrook Court, Girton.
Regional People Business Partner - East to work closely with partners, directors, and managers to understand firm plans and provide HR solutions that support the firms' goals. Act as a consultant to leadership and management teams on the people strategy, workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational design. Devise and implement aligned HR initiatives with the firms' strategic objectives. Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and absence management. Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies, and best practices. Foster a positive employee relations culture, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all staff. This is a hybrid role, full time 38.75 hours per week, with approximately three days spent at business locations and two days working remotely. This position is also a fixed term contract for 15 months. Office-based meetings will be required as needed.
