Bank Maintenance Assistant to work within the Estates and Engineering department to ensure a high quality service is provided to meet the expectations of the internal and external customers. You will be reporting to the Estates Manager to complete internal and external maintenance and grounds tasks. Working to a list of requests for general maintenance tasks, completing painting and decoration to a high standard, making minor repairs to the internal and external structure, fabric, fixtures and fittings of the facility.
