Nuclera are looking for a Manufacturing & Test Engineer to play a pivotal role in supporting and developing the manufacture of the eProtein Discovery instrument based at their offices at One Vision Park, Impington. You will focus on process improvements, testing strategies, and quality assurance to ensure we deliver world-class products. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Identifying and removing bottlenecks in the production process to improve efficiency and scalability while reducing variability.
  2. Running Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for instruments and refining testing strategies as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Designing and building test fixtures to support instrument testing and validation.
