Relief Assistant Charity Shop Manager to assist with the running of the shop and assume responsibility for the management of the shop in the absence of the Manager. These duties will include managing staff and volunteers. Key responsibilities will include; ensuring the highest standards of customer care, assisting in the management of the daily operation of the shop including stock management and housekeeping, managing the security and accounting of cash, health and safety issues, administrative tasks, and the recruitment, training and supervision of volunteers.
