The Salvation Army charity shop in Histon is seeking a Relief Assistant Charity Shop Manager to support the shop’s day‑to‑day operation and act in the Manager’s absence.
You will supervise staff and volunteers, ensure excellent customer care, manage stock and housekeeping, oversee cash handling and security, address health and safety, and lead recruitment and training of volunteers. This role is critical to maintaining high standards and smooth running.
