Cambridgeshire Music, who are based in the old infant school site, are recruiting for this role via Cambridgeshire County Council. The Arts Business Administrator will provide friendly, efficient, customer-facing, front-line public services to clients and partners of Cambridgeshire Music within the Business Team.
You will need to be able to work on occasion on evenings and some weekends, as required to meet service needs. You will be supported and supervised and have responsibility for managing stock and equipment as required.
Customer services include:
- Reception
- Digital systems support
- Information provision
- Face-to-face transactions with service users
Alongside this, you will help our service run well by completing a range of administration tasks. Within the day-to-day running of our Histon Music and Cultural Education Centre, activities can include:
- Helping set up spaces
- Library and instrument loan
- General building operation
- Assisting in the delivery of events
This post is offered initially on a 12 months fixed term basis and conversion to a permanent role will be considered during the contract period.
