Cambridge Housing Society (CHS Group), a charitable housing association and social enterprise, are recruiting for this role based at their head office on the Vision Park. The Contracts Manager (Repairs, Voids and Grounds Maintenance) will lead, plan, and manage all repair and maintenance activities across the housing stock, ensuring that homes are safe, well‑maintained, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.

The postholder will oversee both reactive and planned maintenance programmes, manage contractor performance, and deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused service to residents.
