A companion, alongside professional services, for those facing a life-limiting diagnosis, have a palliative condition or are having end of life care in their own home; support and information for family and informal carers.

Jo is also one of the guardians of the Histon & Impington funeral bier and can be contacted if any groups or individuals wish to use the Bier for any events/funerals. The HI bier belongs to our community and is for use by our community, so please do get in touch if you have any ideas for its use.
