The Role We are looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of our kitchen.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about fresh food, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take on greater responsibility within a growing business.

The successful candidate will help lead the kitchen team, maintain consistently high food standards, and contribute to the development of seasonal menus while ensuring food safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Support the Head Chef in the daily management of the kitchen.

Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.

Supervise, motivate, and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.

Assist with menu planning and the development of seasonal specials.

Maintain excellent food quality, consistency, and presentation.
