We are currently hiring an enthusiastic and motivated Event & Promotions Assistant – Entry Level to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, promotional campaigns, customer engagement, and brand representation. In this role, you will assist with the planning and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach initiatives while developing valuable professional skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No previous experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events and marketing campaigns
- Support event operations and ensure a positive experience for event attendees
- Interact with customers and provide information about products, services, and campaigns
- Help coordinate event materials, displays, signage, and promotional supplies
- Represent brands professionally during community events and promotional activities
- Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and team members
- Maintain accurate event records, reports, and inventory tracking
- Collaborate with the marketing and promotions team to increase brand awareness and event participation
