Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair experience.
- Minimum 2 years in an Apartment Maintenance Manager role for a multifamily community.
- EPA Certification required.
- CPO Certification required.
- Impeccable record‑keeping and reporting skills.
- Physical agility and mobility.
- Valid state driver's license.
