As an Apartment Maintenance Manager for HHHunt’s Abberly Waterstone apartments, you are passionate about being customer focused and a provider of quality services and products. Your top priority is providing residents with quick and effective service, making a positive impact every day with every interaction, and ensuring a beautiful home (inside and out). We are looking for a genuine, motivated, and driven team member to join our Apartment Living team as a Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and inspect your team's work, and sometimes perform tasks yourself.

  • Work well under pressure and juggle multiple priorities while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in an Apartment Maintenance Manager role for a multifamily community.
  • EPA Certification required.
  • CPO Certification required.
  • Impeccable record‑keeping and reporting skills.
  • Physical agility and mobility.
  • Valid state driver's license.
