Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-quality FinTech candidates across the EU and UK markets;
- Manage key stages of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and candidate qualification;
- Conduct structured candidate interviews to assess experience, motivation, and cultural fit;
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of FinTech talent for current and upcoming roles;
- Collaborate closely with the HHHUB team on active search projects and hiring strategies;
- Provide insights into candidate availability, salary expectations, and market trends;
- Maintain high standards of candidate experience and communication throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within FinTech, payments, or financial services;
- Strong experience in direct sourcing and LinkedIn outreach;
- Experience working with EU and/or UK hiring markets;
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken);
