Are you ready to be a vital part of a dynamic production team? We are seeking dedicated Production Operatives to join our team at the Pollington plant. Your primary role will be to operate and monitor plant machinery, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and production targets. The current shift pattern follows a 4-on, 4-off rotation, structured as:
- Followed by 2 consecutive night shifts
- Then 4 days off
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Plant Machinery: Ensure the manufacture of products meets established quality standards.
- Monitor Production Metrics: Report on production metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Recommend Process Improvements: Enhance efficiency and product quality through innovative suggestions.
- Maintain Housekeeping Standards: Consistently uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Foster a Safe Workplace: Promote a safe and healthy work atmosphere, always practicing responsible behaviours.
- Utilize Machinery Safely: Operate all machinery in compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
- Manage Raw Materials: Handle the reception and storage of raw materials necessary for manufacturing.
