Steel Fixer pay: £25.00 per hour
The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation and maintenance of structural steel, rebar, and other related materials. This position requires a high level of physical strength and stamina, as well as a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Steel Fixer Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret working plans and steel lists for the job
- Assemble and install structural steel components
- Use a variety of tools to cut, shape, and form metal components
- Weld or bolt components together to form structures or fabrications
- Inspect completed work for conformance to specifications
- Follow safety regulations when operating heavy machinery and tools
