Are you a high-performing Recruitment Consultant with experience in Nursing, Construction, or Warehouse & Distribution? We're expanding and looking for passionate professionals to focus on Business Development.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, placing, and nurturing client/candidate relationships
- Build and grow a solid client base within your specialist sector
- Develop talent pipelines using job boards, social media, and your own networks
- Achieve KPIs, drive revenue, and deliver quality results consistently
- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations
What You Bring:
- Minimum 12 years of proven success as a Recruitment Consultant (agency side preferred)
