We are recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to be based at our Staveley, Kendal office.
We are looking for a friendly and confident person, who is looking to progress a career in property to advise clients on the sale and purchase of properties.
You will be joining a knowledgeable and established Land and Estate agency office, and experience in estate agency and property / land sales is preferred.

You, alongside our current sales team will be the face and voice of H&H Land and Estates. The main responsibility is to build relationships with our clients and provide excellent customer service.
We help people to sell and buy homes and land, one of the biggest decisions in our clients’ lives. It is therefore essential that you have a passion to provide a great customer experience and can demonstrate empathy and a desire to get the job done.
We are looking for a driven individual who can provide a fantastic first impression for our valued customers. If you have the spirit and desire to deliver a 5-star service, together with the drive to pro-actively generate business we would love to hear from you!
You will be responsible for arranging viewings and valuations for properties, following up appointments, negotiating offers and sales and then progressing the sale to a successful completion. Working with a range of properties across the region no two days are ever the same!
