Content Creator/Marketing Apprentice Location: Carlisle

H&H Insurance Brokers specialises in providing independent, high-quality insurance advice and bespoke cover for rural businesses across key industries, including agriculture, tourism and hospitality, property and transport.

Due to continued growth across both businesses, we are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice wanting to develop a career in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

The successful candidate will assist the Marketing Executive in coordinating all content creation (graphics, video & audio), social media channels, websites, analytics, and other media to achieve superior customer engagement and brand awareness.

Based in our Carlisle office, you must be driven, well organised, have good time management skills, and be able to jump between projects for both businesses as necessary. You will be proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to play a part in a growing team.

You will need to have:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels
• Good report writing and presentation skills
• Good numerical and analytical skills, including the use of Excel and other tools
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
• The ability to work as part of a team but also on your own initiative
• A full driving licence
• A willingness to learn and undertake an apprenticeship course to gain the relevant professional qualifications

You will undertake a15-month Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship, which includes a part-time training/studying programme with an End Point Assessment. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure all the required knowledge and experience is obtained throughout the apprenticeship to qualify successfully.
