We have a vacancy in our Lettings team based in Penrith.
Overview
To apply you should have a good knowledge of the lettings industry and preferably be working towards your ARLA qualification. We will provide the resources to further your career, ensuring you are fully trained in residential property management. You must possess a can do attitude and a drive to deliver excellent customer service as well as being proficient in all Microsoft programs.
Responsibilities
- Booking and liaising with contractors for maintenance issues, keeping all parties up to date.
- Processing property applications.
- Dealing with deposit releases.
- Lease preparation.
- Dealing with any landlord and tenant queries.
- Arranging and carrying out property inspections with tenants and reporting to Landlords with feedback.
- Dealing with contractor invoicing.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative duties and issues and any other tasks.
Qualifications
- To be a team player.
- The ability to prioritise and time manage.
- Professional communication skills β both written and verbal.
- High level customer service skills and experience.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- The ability to keep calm under pressure.
- Minimum of 1 yearsβ experience as a Property Manager or similar (preferred).
- A full clean driving licence.
