Your role within the team:

• This role will be in charge of the Financial Control for our entity based in the UK. This role is key to provide the EU Regional Head of Finance with analysis to drive the performance of all the UK brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the UK Finance Manager with the monthly reporting process for the UK
• Prepare consolidated P&L for our EU Brands (Zest Paws and Aurelia)
• Prepare monthly analysis on Function Opex and Capex or other analysis to present financial results
• Assist with the budgeting process, including quantitative analysis around H&H’s key business drivers
• Deliver forecast analytics and insights that result in a corporate perspective of the forecast/budget
• Conduct in depth financial analysis in support of monthly business review meeting
• Develop partnership with stakeholders throughout organization
• Ability to handle projects with multiple work streams, with proven leadership success over a wide variety of business problems
• Drives an efficient, effective and comprehensive process for developing financial plans and analysis that links to the strategic objectives
• Drives profitable growth by improving visibility, forecasting, consolidation and analysis of results and key metrics while advising senior management on insights and recommended actions

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role (3-5 years)
• MSC or equivalent from top-tier institution or similar academic experience
• Global or multi-national business experience strongly preferred
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor as well as experience resolving complex business problems with well-structured analytics
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business environment
• Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint required
• Mature, self-motivated and results oriented
• Independent, autonomous and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with global standards
• High-level numeracy and reconciliation skills, with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy with figures
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with a proactive approach
• Flexible, agile and initiates continuous improvement
• Experience with NetSuite a plus, but not necessary
• Interest in a healthy, active lifestyle preferred
• Interest in working for a global company preferred with a multicultural understanding
