Your role within the team:
We're looking for a Digital Executive to join our team and support our global digital transformation efforts. This role will be key in driving change management, educating local market teams, and ensuring smooth adoption of our digital ecosystem strategy. You will play a hands-on role in supporting content and data migration, Shopify admin tasks, documentation, governance, and internal communication, as well as managing small digital projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Management & Education: Support the rollout of our global digital ecosystem strategy across markets. Create user-friendly training materials, guides, and documentation on new digital tools and processes. Maintain and update our Global Digital Wiki with best practices, training resources, and governance guidelines. Assist in internal communications, keeping teams informed on new features, platform updates, and roadmap developments.
- Content & Data Support: Assist with content and data migration across platforms. Support product and other content page population to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Shopify Admin & Digital Operations: Manage Shopify admin settings to support local markets. Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and triaging issues before escalating to technical teams.
- Governance & Best Practice: Ensure local markets follow digital best practice, governance frameworks, and compliance guidelines. Work closely with digital and technical teams to monitor and maintain high digital standards across all touchpoints.
- Project Support & Coordination: Take ownership of small digital projects, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables. Track and report on project progress, identifying areas for optimisation and improvement.
Who You are:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (CRM/Consumer centric approach), e-commerce, or digital transformation.
- Experience with Shopify (or similar e-commerce platforms) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate and support stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Passion for digital transformation, marketing technology, and continuous improvement.
