We are passionate about our customers and community and are looking for similar-minded talent to join us. As an equal opportunity employer, we care deeply about creating an inclusive workplace where our team members feel valued, respected, and empowered.

Your role within the team:

  • We are looking for an experienced Amazon Paid Media Manager to own and scale our Amazon advertising across the UK and European marketplaces.
  • This is a commercial growth role, not simply a campaign optimisation role. You will be responsible for turning media investment into incremental revenue and profitable growth, balancing lower-funnel conversion with the need to build new customer demand.
  • You will have significant ownership of our Amazon 3P business through Seller Central, working across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP.
  • The ideal candidate understands that scaling an Amazon business is not achieved by simply increasing spend or protecting ROAS. They know how to identify where incremental investment will genuinely create growth, when paid media is simply capturing existing demand, and how to use the full Amazon funnel to expand the customer base.

This job description is not intended to be exhaustive and may be amended to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Amazon growth strategy develop and execute the paid media strategy across UK and EU marketplaces, aligned to revenue, profit and wider commercial objectives.
  • Scale 3P brands on Amazondemonstrate a track record of taking consumer brands from existing scale to materially higher revenue through Amazon.
  • Full-funnel mediamanage and connect AMS and DSP, using lower-funnel media to capture demand and upper-funnel investment to create new demand.
  • Budget & investment decisionsallocate investment based on expected incremental commercial return, not simply historical ROAS or ACoS.
  • Incrementalityunderstand the relationship between paid and organic sales, identify cannibalisation, and determine where additional media is genuinely incremental.
  • Performance analysisbuild clear commercial views of spend, gross sales, paid sales, organic sales, TACOS, ROAS, conversion, customer acquisition and incremental growth.
  • Campaign architecture & optimisationbuild, restructure and optimise campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP, including targeting, bidding, budgets, placements and search-term strategy.
  • Amazon 3P ownershipconfidently operate within Seller Central and understand the relationship between advertising, retail readiness, pricing, promotions, availability, content and conversion.
  • Growth opportunitiesuse search, category, competitor and customer data to identify opportunities to increase traffic, conversion, ranking and category penetration.
  • Testing & learningestablish clear hypotheses, test them, quantify the commercial impact and scale what works.
  • Cross-functional leadershipwork with commercial, brand, content, supply and agency partners to ensure media strategy supports the wider Amazon business.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years hands‑on Amazon Advertising experience, ideally managing significant budgets across multiple marketplaces and proven experience scaling consumer brands on Amazon 3P, rather than purely managing mature accounts for efficiency.
  • Strong experience across Pacvue and Ads Console managed Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP and AMC.
  • Commercially minded and comfortable challenging the assumption that higher ROAS automatically means better performance.
  • Strong analytical skills - able to move from campaign-level data to commercial conclusions and investment recommendations.
  • Understands incrementality, paid vs organic sales, TACOS and marginal return on investment.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and making investment decisions where there isn't a perfect data set.
  • Able to distinguish between activity and impact: what changed, why it changed, what commercial outcome it created, and whether it can be scaled.
  • Experience with tools such as Pacvue, Helium 10, Jungle Scout or equivalent.
  • Strong communicator who can confidently present recommendations and challenge agencies or stakeholders where the data doesn't support the proposed strategy.

The person we're looking for

You are commercially curious, analytical and obsessed with finding the next source of incremental growth.

You don't just report that ROAS went from 1.2x to 1.4x, you want to know why, whether the improvement is sustainable, what it means for total business growth, and where the next €1 of investment should go.

You understand that Amazon growth requires more than buying more bottom-funnel traffic. You know how to build demand, capture demand and scale both together.

  • H&H Group offers flexible, hybrid working. Our current office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
  • 25 Annual Leave days per year + 4 H&H Days + 1 work birthday (after 1 year)
  • Dog‑friendly office.
