Overview
As an Account Executive, you will support the Client Engagement team to deliver high-quality service, timely project delivery, and accurate reporting for an Entertainment/Leisure client. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure work meets specifications and SLAs while maintaining strong relationships. Your role combines client-facing activity with administrative execution to keep multi-site projects on track. This position blends on-site client access along the M4 corridor with home-based work as needed, offering a meaningful mix of relationship management and service delivery impact.
Responsibilities
- Support the Client Engagement team to showcase HH Global capabilities and deliver excellent service
- Produce detailed specifications for internal and external parties, capturing technical details and key dates
- Brief suppliers on requirements and monitor project delivery to specification, on time, and aligned with SLA
- Record activity and progress using designated company tools
- Ensure invoicing procedures are followed, raise POs, monitor deliveries, and generate internal and client reports
- Create, review, and distribute reports to stakeholders
Key requirements
- Business Administration experience in a client services environment with direct client engagement
- Numerate with a commercial bias and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and solid time management and prioritization
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- MS 365 capability, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Able to access client sites along the M4 corridor when necessary
