Purpose of the JobThe role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate to support the account team in ensuring that products provided by HH Global are compliant with legislation and client\’s requirements. You will define and monitor quality and product compliance standards and ensure they are agreed with both the supply base and client stakeholders for our point of sale material (POSM) projects.

You will have significant knowledge in quality assurance (QA) process, product test protocols, retail and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry and complex manufacturing (understand production tolerance).

This role reports into the Global Quality Lead, Branded Merchandise. We are considering applications from locations across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met for every project.

Revise mandatory / relevant information of every POSM job, checking that is correct and complete.

Define the warnings of the POSM product, according to the mandatory requirements and the intended use.

Perform and analyse Risk Analysis and Technical Acceptance document of every POSM project.

Working with account teams to review quality documentation from suppliers.

Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure the assigned QA tasks are completed on-time.

Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.

Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them

Liaise and have meetings with client\’s and supplier\’s QA/QC stakeholders.

Manage the quality of jobs adhering to client\’s and HH Global guidelines.

Work closely with the account team on issue management and the corrective and preventive actions.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

Experience in quality and product compliance field within the POSM marketplace.

Quality engineering education background is beneficial.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in different materials (glass, wood, plastic, metal, etc.).

Strong knowledge in ISO quality system and QA and QC systems.

Experience with safety and regulatory compliance standards in multiple regions.

Strong communication and influencing skills.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to develop realistic and comprehensive timetables.

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.

Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and be a good team player.

Experience working in a global organisation and supporting the global teams.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Fluent written and verbal English, wider reaching language skills is beneficial.
