Purpose of the Job
This role is within Nuevo, our in-house creative agency that bridges big brand thinking and flawless execution. The Creative Project Manager will lead strategic and creative projects within our integrated ecosystem, ensuring seamless delivery of creative solutions that drive measurable impact for our clients.
This role can be based on a Hybrid basis from any of our UK offices.
Key Responsibilities
Project Scoping
- Collaborate with client engagement, strategy and creative leads to accurately scope creative projects from inception through delivery
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies while maintaining profitability targets
Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end projects from brief to delivery
- Manage cross-functional collaboration between strategists, creatives, designers, data analysts, and specialists to ensure smooth project execution
- Act as the primary contact with internal client engagement teams, facilitating stakeholder communications, managing expectations, and providing project updates
- Capture and track feedback across projects, documenting key decisions and meeting outputs
- Ensure final output is aligned with client briefs
- Monitor project budgets and manage resources effectively, maximizing efficiency and productivity whilst achieving quality of output
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans and change management processes as needed
- Manage expectations and resolve complex issues with diplomacy and strategic thinking
- Conduct post-project evaluations and create recommendations for future improvements
Operational Excellence
- Optimise processes, tools, and frameworks to enable strategic and creative work to thrive across teams
- Monitor project pipelines to anticipate needs, flag resourcing issues, and ensure efficient workflow and delivery
- Ensure consistent quality and integrity of the work produced by the agency
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Very strong experience in creative project management
- Proven success in managing complex, large-scale creative projects, including resourcing, budget and schedule management
- Strong leadership, client management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflows
- Strong understanding of strategic, creative and production processes
- Track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Experience leading creative projects, in communication, advertising, digital or marketing agency (Preferred)
- Experience managing integrated projects including strategy, videos, social media, digital products, shopper and marketing activation (Preferred)
- Expertise managing remote and international team members (Preferred)
- Familiarity working with resource management tool – Adobe Workfront (Preferred)
