- Collaborate closely with the Design Lead, Creative Producer and wider stakeholders to develop creative solutions that meet both strategic and performance goals.
- Present concepts and finished work clearly to the client, responding thoughtfully to feedback and iterating quickly.
- Maintain a strong awareness of social trends, platform behaviors and emerging formats, ensuring creative remains relevant, engaging and effective for the audience.
- Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard, on time, and in line with brand and quality guidelines.
- Share ideas, inspiration and best practice with the wider design team, contributing positively to team culture and creative output.
