Purpose of Job
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager within the marketing function, responsible for coordinating between marketing, sales, insights and client teams to ensure the marketing roadmap and strategy remain aligned with business needs. Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, this role owns the marketing roadmap, communicates quarterly priorities back to the business, and works closely with client and sector teams to capture requirements, growth focuses, event needs, and communications requests. By bridging the gap between marketing and client teams, you'll bring marketing closer to growth drivers and ensure campaigns, events, and communications are strategically aligned to deliver impact. Operating within a collaborative and dynamic marketing team, the role helps define and manage the company's external presence, reinforcing the brand and proposition while showcasing expertise and strengths through effective and relevant marketing tactics.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate and project manage commercially driven content and campaigns that align with the global marketing strategy and deliver against business objectives.
- Shape and maintain the content calendar and activity roadmap, ensuring business needs and priorities are effectively captured and brought back into the marketing team.
- Partner with the Group Head of Marketing to strategically review business requirements and translate them into actionable plans for the team.
- Allocate resources effectively, with the support of the Group Head of Marketing, to ensure timely delivery and balanced support across projects.
- Manage external agency relationships where specialist expertise or additional capacity is required, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Champion the brand strategy, taking ownership of the correct implementation of visual identity and brand voice, and enabling adherence through training, guidance, and resources.
- Collaborate with the Global Sales Support team to deliver cost-efficient administrative and creative support for marketing and brand activities.
- Track, measure, and report on marketing and content performance, incorporating stakeholder and client feedback to generate new ideas and enhance engagement.
- Work closely with the Group Head of Internal Communications to ensure external content is effectively cascaded and communicated internally.
- Act as an ambassador for the business and the HH Global brand, representing the company positively both internally and externally.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging strategies, continuously contributing to the refinement and evolution of HH Global's marketing approach.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Degree in marketing, business or a related field and experience in a B2B marketing position.
- Proven track record of developing content strategies that drive measurable pipeline growth and increase client engagement.
- Experience with writing, editing and storytelling, with a proven ability to create compelling content for different stages of the client buying journey.
- Experience working in a Microsoft environment; proficiency with Dynamics is a plus.
- Innovative with a passion for continuous improvement and pushing marketing boundaries.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and making recommendations for improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with people at all levels across a dynamic organization.
- Confident, resourceful, enthusiastic and has a 'can do' attitude.
