Key responsibilities
- Conceptualizing striking retail displays that blend beauty with practicality
- Responding to creative briefs with clever, commercially aware ideas that hit every mark
- Designing everything from ground-up fixtures to component parts, always with material, cost, and sustainability in mind
- Crafting mood boards, sketches, 3D visuals, and presentation decks that tell a clear design story
- Collaborating with Account Managers, Structural Engineers, and Production to bring your vision to life
- Pitching and presenting directly to clients, confidently communicating ideas and welcoming feedback

Knowledge, skills + experience
- Experience in Product, Industrial, Furniture, 3D Design
- A strong portfolio that shows your process, from sketch to shelf
- Hands-on experience designing Permanent POS retail displays
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Cinema 4D & Rhino preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite
- A flair for visual storytelling and graphic layout with strong sketching skills a major plus
- Deep knowledge of materials (wood, metal, acrylics, etc.) and how things are made
- Passion for sustainable design and experience designing with environmental impact in mind
- A sharp eye for detail and on-brand execution
