Purpose of the Role
The Project Manager will co-ordinate and facilitate the flow of project execution through the business from client briefing to delivery, washup and invoicing of each project. They are responsible for client engagement project management activities, ensuring client first considerations through the execution of Projects within the Permanent Point of Sale category from creative brief through to delivery in store and job close down activities. Working with all internal stakeholders as well as external clients to deliver on time, within budget and to the right quality and service standard. For this role, a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and of design is essential. The areas of spend under management with this Beauty client are Permanent Point of Sale solutions. This role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client/vendor site(s) and home as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all client contractual, commercial, operational processes and HH Global code of conduct
- Deliver work aligned to client sourcing plans, program strategy, and agreed workflows
- Review client briefs with internal teams to confirm accuracy, completeness, and required support functions
- Provide clear instructions to Technical Buyers for Adapt/Innovate pricing and oneâoff RFQs
- Act as key contact for clients, agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to secure information, approvals, and onâtime delivery
- Manage Adopt projects independently, including timelines, milestones, and critical paths
- Define, monitor, and update project critical paths across Adopt, Adapt, and Innovate with all stakeholders
- Control and mitigate costs against rate cards or RFQs, escalating exceptions as needed
- Oversee quality management, ensuring QC processes, documentation, and communication are completed and uploaded
- Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and installation activities with suppliers, freight teams, and installers
- Handle project closeâout: washâups, CAPAR cases, job bag closure, and invoicing alignment
- Maintain complete project documentation across systems and ensure accurate communication with all parties
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Project Management role for Permanent Point of Purchase Design or FMCG or Retail Display sector
- Experience of 3D design, inventory management, logistics and distribution coordination
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and motivational skills
- Attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills, able to multi-task on simultaneous projects
- Demonstrate highly developed relationship management skills and develop excellent client team relationships
- Ability to constructively challenge client-facing teams regarding their requirements where appropriate and have the influencing skills to have an impact at senior levels
- Microsoft office skills, including advanced MS excel skills
- Experience of Permanent Point of Purchase Design or Retail Display sector
- Experience within the beauty sector
